Shipping and Returns Policy
Returns Policy:
At Lyvin Studios, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. As a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding of our policies. By making a purchase with Lyvin Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our "No Return Policy".
All Sales Final: We regret to inform you that all sales are final. As a small business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. We encourage customers to carefully inspect and consider products before completing the purchase.
However, there are exceptions as per the UK returns and refund law. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase only if the item is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform its intended function.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). The item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Initiating a Return: In the rare case that you need to initiate a return, please contact us at studios.lyvin@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with the return address. Items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy:
Dispatch and Delivery: All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and will always be sent via tracked shipping. In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of re-delivery. We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery. Once the products have dispatched from our office, all orders are completely out of our control. It is the customer's responsibility to be present to receive the order.
Customs: Shipping costs do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which may be imposed, and this is the responsibility of the customer. Not all countries charge an import fee; please check with your local customs office for further information.
SIZING
- The sizing for the sweaters run oversized (especially the sleeves)
- We recommend going with a size one/two sizes smaller than usual depending on how you want it to fit.
- PLEASE CHECK OUR SIZING CHART FOR YOUR PERSONAL APPLICABLE SIZE.
